Our factory-trained engineering team performs a rigorous, multi-point diagnostic check during every scheduled maintenance interval:

  • Engine Health Audit: Inspection of the fuel injection system, turbocharger tracking, valve clearances, and cylinder performance diagnostics.
  • Cooling & Lubrication Systems: Changing engine oil and flushing the coolant system; testing radiator efficiency, checking water pump integrity, and replacing primary/secondary oil and fuel filters.
  • Electrical & Alternator Diagnostics: Testing insulation resistance (Megger test), inspecting stator and rotor health, evaluating the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), and checking main breaker terminations.
  • Battery & Cranking System Review: Testing electrolyte specific gravity, measuring voltage under load conditions, cleaning terminals, and calibrating the trickle charger to ensure instant engine startup.
  • Safety & Control Logic Calibration: Verifying that all automatic safety trip mechanisms—including High Water Temperature (HWT), Low Oil Pressure (LLOP), and Over Speed—shut the system down safely during an anomaly.
